Mapping Your Spreadsheet for Importing Products into PIM

The easiest way to bring your products into Prodify, is to use the Import feature and available spreadsheet template.

Select Import in the top right-hand menu to access the Product Uploader.

The Product Uploader includes an option to Download Template. This spreadsheet includes fields for Product Code, Product Type, Product Variant, SKU, Assets (via Asset ID), and Description. Add your product information to the template, then upload the template through the Product Uploader. For Asset, use existing assets in Prodify by adding their Asset ID to the spreadsheet. Upload the spreadsheet in the uploader.

During the upload, you will need to map the sheet column names to the system fields. Once everything is mapped, select Import in the top right-hand menu.

Imported products are added to your Prodify Product View where you can edit product information and link assets to products.

If you prefer to add product individually, you can add products right from the Product View:

Selecting + Product brings you to the Create Product modal where you can add your Product Code and Product Type.

Beside the Product Code is a square arrow icon that selects the individual product.

From here you can add a product image and add product variants.
