Hi Prodify,When I am viewing assests, we have the ability to search in out library for tags and filter my file type and more, which I love. But I found out after sharing a folder with someone that visitors to our database do not have the same functionality. My responsibility of our assets is imagery, and I want to have the ability to share the entire Imagery folder with people. When they open the folder, ideally they could search for specific images without having to click into any folder. Example: A visitor logs into the Prodify with the link we provide and use either a the first thing they do is filter or search for images containing “Isolate”. They would then be provided a bountiful number of images that they can choose from to promote the product.&nbsp;If they needed an image of Level EZ the next day, they just use the same link as they did before and search for Level EZ and see their options.&nbsp;This would save visitors time from click folder to folder trying to find the perfect image/s.Thanks,

When uploading, I can edit tags, but I can no longer edit the asset type in the upload view. This used to work. It gets partway but will not save. I can add the asset type individually in this view, or bulk edit in the asset view.

As soon as you start typing an email, the name disappears. 2. If the user is already a Prodify User then there name will auto-fill the first and last name, but if you change these then you can potentially change the users name across the other organizations they are in and overwrite their own name. I think we should just remove name from the invite user modal and let the user set it themselves when they register or leave it blank otherwise.

The highlighted features do not currently work when sharing assets via a link and after a user logs in. That said, I was able to select all and download the assets using the check-boxes and download assets button. When accessing a shared collection as a guest user, the page displays the “Shared with” field, including the email address used for sharing. 400 error when duplicating an asset🔵

When downloading a collection that has multiple linked products, the exported spreadsheet does not reflect the full collection content.Only the first linked product appears in the export, and all of its variants are included, even if some of those variants are not linked to the collection.
