Sharing Folders

This video will walk you through how to share your Prodify folders with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Sharing a folder in Prodify with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders is a quick way to share all its contents.

To share a folder:

1. Go to the Folder View by clicking the folder icon at the top left.

2. Select the folder you want to share.

3. Click the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Share."

4. You can then either add an email address or copy the shareable link.

Alternatively, you can share a folder from the Asset View by clicking the three dots next to the folder and selecting "Share." Then, you can add an email or copy the link.

The share modal provides instructions to walk you through the process. You can also include an optional message to the recipient to provide context about your shared folder or asset.
