You can add embedded video links to a Project so they display in the Project Preview gallery alongside your image assets. Videos are managed through the Project Gallery Videos section on the Project form.

Roles: Editors and Admins can add and manage videos on Projects. Viewer roles have read-only access.

Adding Videos to a Project

  1. Open a Project form.

  2. Scroll to the Project Gallery Videos section.

  3. Click Add Videos.

  1. In the dialog, choose one of two tabs:

New Link

  • Enter a new video URL (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo).

  • The system validates the URL via oEmbed. Invalid URLs will show an error message.

  • Click Save to add the link.

Library

  • Browse your saved Embed Link Library.

  • Click a tile to preview the video; select it to link it to this Project.

  1. The video appears in the Project Gallery Videos table on the Project form.

Controlling Video Order in the Gallery

Check the "Place videos before images" checkbox on the Project form to display embedded videos before image assets in the Project Preview carousel.

Uncheck the box to display image assets first, followed by videos.

Viewing Embedded Videos in the Project Preview

Open the Project Preview page to see embedded videos displayed in the gallery in the configured order.

Downloads and Embed Links

  • The Download All button is hidden when a project contains only embed links or no downloadable media.

  • When downloading a project that contains both file assets and embed links, the confirmation dialog reads: "You will be downloading a ZIP file containing all media files added to this project, excluding external links."

  • Embedded video links are not included in ZIP downloads.
