A folder was shared with you. Now what?

This video will walk you through what to do when a Prodify user shares a folder or files with you.

Sharing Folders and Files with Guests

Prodify allows users to securely share folders and files with external users. Once assets are shared, the recipient becomes a guest user with access to the shared content.

How to Share a Folder or File

1. Select the folder or file you want to share.

2. Click Share.

3. Enter the guest user’s email address.

4. Click Send.

Prodify will confirm that the invitation email has been sent.

Guest Access Process

1. The guest receives an email invitation showing who shared the item.

2. The email includes a link to Prodify.

3. The guest enters their email address and receives a verification code.

4. After entering the code, the guest is taken directly to the shared folder or file.

What Guests Can Do

Guests can:

• View and interact with shared assets

• Download selected assets

• Download the entire shared folder at once
