How to Set Up Scheduled Email Exports from the Design Firm Leaderboard

Expand the Leaderboard View

On the Design Firm Leaderboard, click the first (+) sign next to “Rank” to fully expand the leaderboard view.

Save the Expanded View as a Bookmark

Click the flag icon in the top-right corner to save your view.

Give it a descriptive name, such as "Expanded North America".

Schedule the Export

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the leaderboard.

Navigate to Export > Schedule Export.

Set up the frequency and recipients for the email delivery.

Add additional file types (excel, Etc.)

Set Up Regional Variants (Optional)

Use the Location menu to filter the leaderboard to a specific region (e.g., West Coast).

Save this filtered view as a new bookmark with a relevant name (e.g., “West Coast View”).

Schedule Exports for Each Region

For each regional bookmark you've created, repeat the export scheduling process.

Ensure that each export is sent to the appropriate recipients for that region.
