Access Request (CLD Systems): Unable to Submit Requests via Portal🔵

Hi DevOps,

Lucy at CLD Systems (lvj@cld-systems.com) does not currently have access to submit requests through the portal.

The client advised: "I have tried to submit through the portal however it won't let me log in or create an account."

Could the team please ensure Lucy is added and granted the appropriate access? Once completed, please notify Danika, as she is taking over this account and can communicate the update directly to the client.
