Maxxon Feature Request: SharePoint Integration / Automated Asset Syncing From Prodify🟢

Hi TechOps,

We received a request from a client asking about the possibility of integrating Prodify with SharePoint for automatic file syncing or scheduled exports (weekly/monthly backups).

Their current workflow is:

• Marketing uploads/manages assets in Prodify

• Other departments (Sales, R&D, Technical, etc.) access files through SharePoint

• They’d like to avoid maintaining uploads in both platforms

Specifically, they asked if:

• Assets uploaded to Prodify could automatically sync to SharePoint

• Or if there could be a scheduled export/backup process to SharePoint

I mentioned that we don’t currently support this integration, but that I’d share the feedback internally as part of future enhancement discussions.
